“I have had the privilege of working on a number of projects in the Heathrow area as Project manager. Working on a hotel you get a real sense of achievement when it opens its doors for the first time. On the Crowne Plaza & Holiday Inn Express T4 I am especially proud of my team and the effort they have put to creating this monumental hotel. With project completion it is a testament to the good relations we have built with the client and architect to portray their vision and to ensure this building is brought to life”

Mark Harris – WBS

Throughout this project WBS has produced sustainable, long lasting product installations bespoke to the Hilton and Crowne Plaza brand.

WBS has installed energy saving LEDs and power infrastructure solutions that are resilient and efficient, in order to ensure that the building is as eco-friendly as possible, including combined heat and power and heat recovery on the ventilation system to ensure the highest classification for BREEAM.

Once the installations were complete hotel teams were given training on all the systems by the WBS experts.

Sinead Hughes, Grove Developments, said: “We are very grateful to all our contractors for their hard work and dedication in helping to create our two state-of-the-art Heathrow Terminal 4 hotels. WBS Group thought of every detail to ensure that our new meetings and events facilities include the latest in cutting-edge technology and eco-friendly infrastructure solutions and the finished result has exceeded our expectations.”
